This past Friday I went to the Phish concert in Camden, NJ at the Susquehanna Center. I enjoy going to concerts, relaxing and having a good time.  I was ready for a night of not answering my phone and dealing with business.  Real estate was the farthest thing from my mind.  I should have known to throw a few business cards in my pocket, since business always comes up, no matter where I am. 

At the show, my friend introduced me to a couple he knew and we got to talking, of course the topic of real estate came up.  Turns out the couple lives in Drexel Hill, Delaware County, PA and is interested in moving to Chester County, PA.  I know the Drexel Hill area and Chester County very well, so they were very interested in continuing our conversation post-Phish concert.  We decided we would find each other on Facebook, the best networking site, so that we can continue our real estate discussions. 

I will be meeting with the couple to talk about selling and buying their home in the near future.  Another connection from an unlikely source.  Lesson learned; always be prepared, you never know who will be your next clients.
