Sometimes the buyers need to make a quick decision. In this particular case, the price on a home was just reduced and this created a lot of interest from various buyers. It is always my priority to make sure that my buyers are educated with their decisions. Sometimes, the purchase price would too high for my clients when someone else has already made an offer that they cannot compete with. That is fine- I am here for my clients and want them to feel as comfortable as possible, throughout the entire process and with their decisions about making an offer.

If the purchase price has been driven out of your comfort zone due to multiple offers, it is okay to back down and keep looking. Your realtor should support you in this decision and continue to help you find a home that suits your needs and is within your budget.
