The largest inventory was homes priced in $200,000-299,999 and $300,000-500,000 range.  These homes also had the most appointments for showings.

The homes priced in $200,000-299,999 and $300,000-500,000 range had around 3,000 appointments in November 2013.

There was an average of about 3 appointments per listing to pending listings, which meant homes listed were moving from active to pending very quickly in November.
