What: Make a Difference Day–Volunteers will help to plant trees as well as remove evasive species from the area surrounding the pond in Exton Park, Chester County

Where: West Whiteland – Exton Park

When: Saturday, Sept. 21, will run from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The day is led by the township with the help of Weston Solutions and Church Farm School. Pam Gural-Bear, assistant township manager, said that the township hopes for anywhere between 100 and 150 volunteers to help out this year.

RSVP: The township is asking residents that plan on volunteering to contact Gural-Bear at the township office to RSVP to the event.
