If you live in the Northeast, “Nemo” may have affected your life in one way or another (the further up the coast the more snow that fell). When the meteorologists say there is going to be a big storm, everyone rushes out to stock up on bread, milk and eggs, fearing they won’t be able to get to the grocery store for days and be left without the “essentials”. Many people take this time being stranded at home with their loved ones, human or four legged, to enjoy playing board games, getting caught up on television shows or watching movies, reading a good book, or enjoying the snow and playing outside. For the Philadelphia and Chester County area, Nemo did not strike as fiercely as first imagined, so instead of doing any of the said I above, today I am showing beautiful million-dollar-plus properties in Chester County in Malvern (19355) and Berwyn (19312). The snow does make the properties shine in a different way then on a regular cold February afternoon, but as a realtor and a potential home buyer you still need to cross your t’s and dot your i’s and examine the house, inside and out. Some tips I tell my buyers for days like today: be prepared with winter boots and proper attire to go stomping through the snow at each house and have a warm beverage in the car waiting for you.
Nemo did not stop my plans for the day, how did Nemo affect you?
